Shaun received his MSc (Ocean and Atmosphere Science) and a M Ind. Admin from UCT. He is a technical director of an Internet Service Provider, and is married with eight children.

Sydney Europa
Having been an educator at various schools in the Western Cape since 1979, Sydney is a retired Deputy Principal in Public education as well as a former Patron and Board member of the John Wycliffe Christian School (now the Vine School) in Cape Town. He is married to Charlene and they have three children, all former students at BI.

Paul Theodosiou
Paul is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and an MBA graduate from UCT. Having worked in the corporate world until 2015, he now runs his own commercial property business. Paul is married with two children.

Chris Warton is a medical doctor, anatomist and senior lecturer at the health sciences faculty at UCT Medical School. He, his wife and five of their six children have studied at BI. Chris is a founding board member of The Vine School, formerly John Wycliffe Christian School in Cape Town.

David McDonald
David MacDonald is married to Anne and they have three adult children. David currently serves as Pastor of the International Baptist Church in Zurich, Switzerland and continues to consult with Christian NPO's and Mission organizations regarding Operational Efficiency, Good stewardship of resources and strategic planning. Both he and his wife studied at BISA (Anne 1996-1998; David 1989-1991) David pursued additional Theological studies through the Baptist Theological Seminary Randburg, and was pursuing a masters in global leadership through Gordan Conwell (USA). David has also studied in the field of agriculture and commercial farm management. David has worked in the agriculture sector, and owned his own business before entering pastoral ministry. David and Anne served several churches in SA, before being called to serve in missions with SIM, where David served as Global Director for Operations for 5 years, before moving to Switzerland.
Clint Stewart is a Professional Civil Technologist (Pr.Tech.Eng) with a Master's Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and over 18 years of experience in infrastructure design and project delivery. Having worked at executive level and previously run his own consultancy, he now heads up the Civil and Structural Engineering Business Unit at a leading science research institution. Beyond his professional work, he has served in design and construction ministry through Engineering Ministries International (EMI) and within his local church. Clint is married with three sons.
