Application Process
Step 1
You will need the following document:
Copy of your ID / Passport.

Complete the Application Form.
You can apply online OR download the application form.

You will need the name and contact details of one referee. A referee should know the applicant well, but may not be a family member. If you are the pastor of your local church, please have another reputable leader complete the referee form.
