Lorna graduated from BISA after a twenty-year career in Financial Management. She teaches the Academic Literacy Course, Women in Ministry as well as serving as BISA’s Registrar, handling all enrolment and study applications. Lorna’s great interest is discipling and mentoring women of all ages and cultures, within a framework of Biblical based counselling. Her interests are reading, especially WW2 history, Tolkien and the Russian classics, and craftwork and beading.

Brian Marimira was born and raised in the western part of Zimbabwe in Mutoko. Before moving to South Africa, he worked for the Zimbabwe Prison Service. Brian is an ordained Elder of the United Methodist Church working with the youth in the Western Cape. He did his BTh at BISA in 2016 followed by Honours at South African Theological Seminary (2018). Brian is Currently enrolled at SATS for a MTh in Practical Theology. He administers the Christian Leadership Programme at the Bible Institute of South Africa. He is married to Prestige, and they have three children, two boys and a girl.

Brett obtained his LTh at the Bible Institute of South Africa where he serves as the Campus Manager. He has a great love for pastoral ministry and preaching.

Hannah graduated from the Bible Institute with a Licentiate in Theology. While completing her degree, she interned under Mr David Fitz-Patrick in the BISA Library. She has now completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Sciences and works at BISA as the Librarian. Hannah is excited to be involved in her church and grow in her love of reading and God’s Word.

Born on one continent, educated on another, and finally shaped by fifty years on African soil, Kathy’s career began in healthcare, where she trained as a nurse, midwife, and paediatric nurse, before finding her calling in Christian ministry and education. She has a deep love for biblical theology, archaeology and ancient history, and her personal interests include opera, jazz, calligraphy, sketching and Indian cuisine. She values family life and has a teenage grandson.
